On August 12, 2010 the former COS Computer Systems AG Baden, which has been renamed to I.P.S. Innovate Packaging Solutions AG increased its capital through contribution in kind by I.P.S. Holding B.V. Until that moment the operating activity of the group was trading with Memory-modules. Therefore all reports until 2009 and the Halfyear report 2010 relate to the "old COS business". These reports are only available in German.
