IPS's latest investment and IP asset Air0pack™ is an all-plastic pressurized dispenser that uses normal air instead of chemical propellants, intended primarily as a replacement for metal aerosols containing propellants. This revolutionary innovation can outperform existing aerosol applications as well as mechanical pump dispensers and additionally can lead to new types of convenient pressurized packaging applications not previously possible using chemical propellants in consumer product formulations.

The core technology of Air0pack™ is a pressure control device (PCD) which assures a constant dispensing pressure of compressed-air from the beginning to the end of the package. This has a huge double positive impact on dispensing functionality and at the same time sustainability. This innovative IPS technology can make the use of potentially dangerous and environmentally damaging flammable liquefied gas propellants obsolete.
